New York, NY, October 20, 2011 — TPR Holdings announced today that it has signed a worldwide fragrance license with Nicole Richie.

Richie is widely known for her outstanding fashion sense and will be integral in the creation of her first signature scent, saying “I feel that TPR and I are going to be perfect partners in a creating a timeless fragrance for the modern woman.”

Nicole is the Creative Director of a global fashion business that consists of the clothing and accessory lines, Winter Kate and House of Harlow 1960. Since inception in 2009, the collections have received rave reviews and tremendous celebrity following. Both brands are in over 500 doors globally including specialty stores, Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus. The addition of this fragrance will contribute to the Nicole Richie empire as a lifestyle brand.     


Nicole Richie is a sensation on many fronts, from Creative Director of a global fashion business, to philanthropist, author and television personality.
In 2006, Richie’s semi-autobiographical novel, The Truth About Diamonds reached The New York Times Best-Seller List.
